Following are the management team functions:

  • To ensure that highest levels of services are maintained enabling the company to meet its obligations to the clients
  • To ensure that clients requirements fully understood and implemented
  • To ensure that staff have the necessary skills and ability to meet clientst8 requirements.
  • To implement general polices of the company.
  • To select, screen and recruit suitable qualified personnel for specified jobs.
  • To provide training for supervisors and staff to cope-up with clients requirements.
  • To monitor job progress and liaison with clients and local authorities.
  • To co-ordinate with clients to ensure that services are performed to their utmost satisfaction and in accordance with the project requirements.
  • To provide fully furnished accommodation facilities to its workforce with all bas Amenities.
  • To take utmost care and give priority to “Safety” on & off site.

 

UIPSOL Establishment has adopted the process and system approach quality manual, the accompanying procedures and the detailed procedures.
Administration, control & work procedures are to be kept under continuous review and these will be amended as required to improve quality & efficiency with contributions being encouraged from all employees.
